Welcome to the Poplar Social Club website

The Club was founded in 1911 and is located just outside the centre of Accrington.

We hold many events throughout the year in our large function room such as sequence dancing, rock 'n' roll nights and dance nights. The function room is available for hire and will accommodate over 250 people.

We can cater for many types of functions such as sportsman's dinners, christenings, corporate events and weddings. We also have a games room where you can enjoy snooker, pool, darts and BIG SCREEN FOOTBALL

We have now introduced a happy hour promotion on Wednesday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons, come and join us for a pint of Fosters at £1.90 or a pint of Thwaites Smooth at £1.75 as well as others.
