Stage and Dance Floor

Our raised stage sits at one end of the room and is ideal for bands, DJs, speakers and presentations.

  • Stage size: approx. 5–7 m wide x 3–4 m deep (to be confirmed).
  • Dedicated dance floor in front of the stage with space to increase or reduce as needed.
  • Clear sightlines from most seating areas to the stage.
  • Space for backdrops, balloon arches or simple set dressing.
Sound, Lighting and Screens

The room is set up with flexible AV for live music, speeches and background music.

  • In-house PA suitable for most bands, DJs and announcements.

Important Things to Be Aware Of

To keep events running smoothly and safely for everyone, a few house rules apply.

  • Event finish times: Latest bar and music finish times are agreed when you book, in line with our licence.
  • Decorations: Freestanding decorations are welcome. Please avoid anything that may damage walls, ceilings or fixtures.
  • Confetti and balloons: Biodegradable confetti and balloons may be allowed by prior agreement; cleanup charges may apply.
  • Candles and open flames: Naked flames are restricted for safety reasons – please discuss options such as LED candles.
  • Smoke and haze machines: Only by agreement, as they can affect fire alarms.
  • External caterers and suppliers: Allowed by prior arrangement; we will share any insurance or certification requirements.
